We have taken our Organic Whipped Muscles Pain Magnesium butter a step further and added Key Essential Oils that will also help relieve muscle pain or soreness. We use this in our own household, after a workout when our joints hurt, and also for our child with her growing pains, works wonderfully. This Body butter will soothe your dry skin as it relaxes chronic muscle pain tension and tightness naturally. Our Body Butter is nice and creamy without it being greasy, it will soak into your skin quickly leaving your skin feeling hydrated. No need to add a lot of it, a little goes a long way.
 
We have found that the best time to apply this is at the end of your busy day before going to sleep, apply a small amount on the bottom of your foot where it curves put on some soaks leave them on for a few minutes to let the magnesium absorb into your skin, then you can remove the soaks if you wish too. Directions: Take a small pea-sized amount (about ½ tsp) and massage it into your feet or affected area. Let it absorb into your skin for 20 minutes. Our Whipped Magnesium Butter will not only help your aches and pain but will smooth your feet as well. If you feel that it's too greasy you can wipe it off after 20 minutes because the magnesium would have already absorbed into your body at that point. Avoid areas that have broken skin. Each Jar of body butter is 4oz of goodness.
